- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dentist Lategan has a serious attitude problem towards patients who, for any reason, arrive a few minutes late. I was caught in a summer cloudburst -- apparent to all -- and consequently arrived 3 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Even though dentist Lategan was present and waiting, he refused to see me or even exit from his room. The receptionist was ordered to re-book me for another date. This dentist was not born in the United Kingdom and fails to understand that, in our medical culture, a few minutes' delay in attendance is common and acceptable. In fact the reverse is often true and the patient is kept waiting for some time -- yet they never retaliate like dentist Lategan. To unreasonably delay a patient's treatment for weeks until the next available appointment is ethically unacceptable. The NHS website lists several other dentists currently accepting patients. The best advice came from my own doctor (GP) who stated, 'There are several bad dentists in Cambridge. Choose carefully.'by Trevor SmithNovember 28, 2017

- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I think the practice is excellent . Mr Lategan always advises me about the treatment I should have and often shows images from xrays to help explain. The practice reminds you baout appointments by text which is really helpful. I can't think of any reasons why I would go elsewhere.
