  Have. Been with the practice a long time always very welcoming and receptionists are very helpful and polite.It is impossible to get through early morning to make an appointment where it was always so very easy . It's unfortunate but seems to be a way of the modern era

  Was disgusted turned up for an appointment yesterday, couldn't park in the disabled bay although both husband and I are disabled because there was a van delivering papers etc to the surgery. The dr also didn't seem to know exactly where things were, otr how to go abput routine stuff, so we assume he was in a different room or maybe was new

  Whenever you need to book an appointment their standard answer is no you have to call back on the day at 8.30. If you want an appointment dont even waste your time trying to book in advance, just stop everything and be ready to jump and pick up the phone at 8.30am sharp for the NHS daily lucky draw. The reception is not there to help you but to block you from using the service, a lot of the GPs show very little care and just want you out asap even though you spend such a long time waiting.
