  Optical Express was recommended to me by my sister as she had Multi- Focal Lens implants earlier this year and was really impressed with the whole process. I have just had the same procedure which took place at the Optical Express in Westfield Shopping Centre, Shepherd's Bush, London. I can honestly say the whole process has been amazing. From the first consultation everything was explained and my eyes have been checked and scanned at each appointment. The procedure which I was anxious about was in fact painless and quite quick. I am very pleased with the results and no longer need glasses - hooray! My eyes are still a bit light sensitive but I only had the second eye procedure yesterday. Today I went to the Cambridge Optical Express for a follow up check on my eyes. I was seen by Shivani who inspected and checked my vision - all good news. She was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. I have found all the staff at the Cambridge branch very helpful, including Nick who helped sort out my appointment times for me. I am very happy to recommend Optical Express whatever your needs are.
