- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My appointment was at 8.30, and I had already made the practice aware that I needed to be at work promptly. I was left waiting for over twenty minutes with no explanation. When I asked why no reason was given. Very poor service, as on many occasions when calling the practice no one answers and appointment times are not adhered to. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I followed Noemi Banhidi from the Cambridge Dental practise a few years ago as she had proved to be an excellent dentist. Her advice and treatment has been excellent. She fully explains all options the pros and cons and there is no pressure on choice. Her treatment in all procedures is very careful and caring. My experience of her colleagues has also always been good. In particular the dental hygienist there whom I am fortunate enough to have only needed once.
