- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had 4 sessions at Capital physio Cambridge with Heidi Leech and it went very well. I had a very bad pain on my IT band and now it is completely gone as result of following the suggested recovering exercises and physio sessions with Heidi. We started with a screening session so she could understand my sports habits and assess what practice would be best for me. She continued unloading my affected IT band. I felt improvement from the beginning. You can realise she is very knowledgeable on her area as she suggests many ways to recover and answers all your questions accurately.
