- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Antwerp was really professional and friendly. They send you a text confirmation before appointment. They also have good parking facilities. The reception managers were very helpful. We went there as a family with our little one and the doctor (Dr Tarique) and his colleague were very good. They listened to us and provided a great service. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Louisa Lawrence welcomed me into her practice with great charm. She proceeded to enlighten me as to the procedure that would follow whilst being examined. She outlined everything she was going to do, and asked if I would be comfortable with all that. This put me entirely at ease as she suggested that if there was anything that I was not happy with to let her know. I have never been so thoroughly and comprehensively assessed. ( I am 64 ) Whilst relaying the description of every single tooth verbally ( to her obviously very able nurse,) she was using words that I had never heard of before to describe each individual tooth! Further she then proceeded to assess my mouth and gums from every angle --- top to bottom and side to side, above and below my tongue ! She also checked my lymph nodes in my neck . A comprehensive photographic record was then used to capture each and every tooth from the inside of my mouth. Then several photos of my teeth from the outside also. This was all done with two state of the art cameras to build up a fantastic photographic record for future reference. Then she cleaned my teeth most professionally with attention to detail, helped again by the able and attentive nurse. She finished by showing me the images she captured and described all of my teeth and gums The overall experience was one of complete care and I left feeling very comfortable with the entire experience.
