  I used this surgery for about 4 years, and now I've switched I've finally realised just how bad it was in comparison to others! It's clearly got a patient base of mostly students, and you get treated sort of as if they just need to keep you happy until you leave in a few years. The doctors were generally fine in my experience, although I never saw any of them more than once. Appointments usually started fairly late by the afternoon. Their handling of any administrative tasks was absolutely useless. The receptionists were friendly but I think my repeat prescription got sent to the wrong pharmacy / not sent anywhere / lost more often than it actually got to the right place. I never managed to get the online prescription service set up, despite several attempts. I was re-prescribed medication on repeat for over two years with no checkups, and whilst I probably should have sought one out myself I sort of expected them to let me know when one was due! My new surgery gets me appointments on the day, sends my prescriptions to the right place, and the doctor seems genuinely interested in how I am - it's incredibly refreshing. I got some test results back and on the same day the doctor called me, explained the results and sent me a prescription straight through. Can't imagine it would have been so efficient at Bridge Street.
