- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Totally unhelpful. Got through to surgery at 08:45 for appointment toiday after repeated attempts to call from 08:30 onwards. Was told duty doctor would call back. Missed this, but phoned surgery again within minutes. Told duty doctor would call back. No call back all day, despite 2 further phone requests..
